From Fall Equinox to Winter Solstice, we enter the descent half of the year —a season of loosening, listening, and remembering. Together, we journey through myth, writing, and embodied practice to retrieve story, rethread voice and reclaim self.

The Journey: Writing, Movement & Myth
Each month includes three live sessions:
• Two live story + writing circles (90–120 min)
• One Moving the Story session—an embodied exploration through dance, elements, and StoryBody movement (60-90 min)
• One rest week each month for integration and/or independent writing
These sessions form a creative spiral where fairytales become maps, writing becomes a tool of transformation, and the body becomes an oracle.

🌗Month One – Crossing the Threshold: Into the Wild Ground of Being
Crossing over. Choosing descent. Entering the unknown.
Tatterhood · Fall Equinox · Ritual + Rooting + Wild Ground
Tatterhood rides in on her goat, hair flying, carrying her wooden spoon like a staff. She is the wild twin — the unruly double born alongside the “proper” sister, carrying the vitality and truth others try to hide. This month, we choose to ride with her. We claim the strange, untamed parts of ourselves and cross together into the wild ground we will need for the journey ahead.
🌒Month Two – Descent into the Underworld: For the Naked Bone Truth
Tending the inner flame. Listening in the dark.
Inanna · Samhain · Ancestor Wisdom + Naked Voice + Wild Guidance
Inanna descends through seven gates, surrendering crown, jewels, robe — all the markers of who she was — until she stands naked before her shadow sister, Ereshkigal. This is shadow courtship: the deliberate choice to meet what has been feared or hidden, to stand in its presence without turning away. Here we tend the inner flame that survives the stripping, and listen for the bone-deep truths carried by the dark and by the ancestors.
🌑Month Three – The Return Thread: Reclaiming What Belongs
Enduring. Receiving. Reclaiming what belongs.
The Handless Maiden · Winter Solstice · Integration + Illumination
The Handless Maiden wanders in exile, unable to grasp or hold, yet fed by a sacred orchard that asks nothing in return. Through this spirit-sustenance she endures the long dark. At Solstice, her hands — and her power — are restored. She returns carrying both the wild twin’s vitality and the shadow’s truth, weaving them into a wholeness that can hold and bless the world.
These living stories are not analyzed, but entered through storytelling, writing, ritual, and movement.
The Thread You’ll Carry
Your writing across this arc—poems, memories, fragments, mythic echoes—will contribute to a collective published anthology. A cornucopia of fruits, treasures, pomegranate seeds. Jewels.
Think of it too, as a collective Story Apothecary, a written manifestation of your mythopoetic journey.
The 1:1 coaching sessions in the Sustainer and Supporter tiers are designed to help you identify your thread, clarify it, and shape it into a cohesive offering for the anthology.
