Imbolc through Beltane | Live on Zoom

The Journey

From Imbolc's quaking light through spring's wild YES to Beltane's crimson bloom, we move through the earth's own transformation - the season when what was buried rises, what was sleeping wakes, Eros unfurls and what was silenced finds its voice again.

For 13 weeks, you enter rewilded fairy tales that become mirrors for your own life story. This is embodied memoir writing - story braided with body and mythos. Fairy tales become the initiatory map. Your body becomes the compass. Your words become medicine.

You enter the old tales - told live, orally, ensouled and enlivened —such as Rewilding Red, Becoming Fox, SoulPelt, Waking Beauty - and discover yourself inside them. You write from that mythic landscape. You move the story through your body. You speak your words aloud and are witnessed.

Through Wild Matryoshka writing processes, StoryBody tracking, and SomaSource movement practice, you don't just write ABOUT your story - you write/rite your way INTO it. And the story also re-(w)rites you.

What You Create

This is a creative rites of passage with separation, journey, and return. Over 13 weeks, you emerge changed.

Your Story Apothecary - A collection of mythos-memoir, prose, poetry, spoken word, and creative writings born from this process. This is your elixir, your medicine - a reclaimed voice, retrieved stories, creative renewal at a cellular level.

Creative Ritual Celebration - Throughout the 13 weeks, you share your raw, unfinished work aloud and are witnessed by the circle. At the journey's end, you offer a more embodied creative celebration - up to 10 minutes of ritual sharing that honors your transformation. This is different from our weekly witness - this is ceremony, performance, offering.

Anthology Inclusion - Your work can be included in our collective anthology of voices, self-published by Stasha.

Ongoing Support - Resources and guidance for continuing to work with your collection, including self-publishing and traditional publishing pathways if you choose.

The Transformation

What changes depends on where you travel in the story and what you bring to the journey. But these are some of the things women experience:

Voice reclaimed - The wild, honest voice that got buried or silenced finds its way back.

Stories retrieved - A kind of creative soul retrieval. Lost parts, abandoned pieces, shamed aspects, neglected voices - integrated through the alchemical process of writing and witness.

Body rewired - The story changes from the inside out, at a cellular level. Not just understanding differently, but sensing and moving differently.

Creative liberation - Creativity amplified, renewed, freed from old patterns and perfectionism.

Wholeness - More love for all parts of yourself. More confidence. More integration of coming-of-age identity, loss, grief, and becoming.

Belonging - Deep connection in a container of sisterhood. Stories and souls returning from exile together. Empathy. Compassion. Courage.

Rewilding Red from within - Life force restored. The fire that makes you YOU, burning bright again.

(Full details on the creative ritual celebration and publishing process are outlined below.)

Who This Is For

This journey is for women navigating transition who want to write and rite their way through.

Maybe you're between stories - the old one no longer fits, the new one isn't fully formed. Maybe you're on fire with change and want to deepen into it through creativity and mythos. Maybe something is shifting and you need a map, a container, witness.

You're drawn to:

  • Writing your life stories and understand stories are cyclical, spiral -not straight lines. Mythos braided with memory.

  • Embodied creative practice - moving the story through body, not just thinking about it

  • Mythopoetic work, not craft workshops or publication goals

  • Seasonal wisdom and earth-based traditions

  • Deep creative community where vulnerability is valued

You want:

  • A brave container for raw, messy, unfinished, real writing

  • To use fairy tales as initiatory maps for your own becoming

  • To reclaim your voice - the wild, authentic, embodied

  • To write personal mythos that transforms you at a cellular level

  • Connection with vibrant women doing deep creative work

You don't need writing experience. You need willingness - to enter the tales, write from sensation and image, speak your words aloud, move your body, and be witnessed in your transformation.

This is for: Women in transition. Writers, artists, storytellers, mothers, seekers, wildlings, misfits, creators. Anyone who identifies with feminine energy and is ready to rewild.

The Initiatory Map

This journey moves through seven developmental thresholds rooted in ancient initiatory wisdom and decades of dance and SomaSource embodiment practice.

Rites of passage have three essential phases: severance (crossing the threshold), ordeal (the journey through unknown territory), and return (bringing the medicine back to community). Every fairy tale has this initiatory map embedded within it - which is why they've guided people through transformation for thousands of years.

Within these three phases are specific thresholds that support the deeper repatterning of self, story, and soul. When you're in transition - whether it's coming of age, midlife becoming, relationship ending, creative reawakening, or any threshold where what was no longer fits - these developmental stages help you re-map, re-compose, re-story, and re-wire. They create solid foundation for what's emerging.

This shapes the journey beyond a mere writing circle or memoir process. Throughout our live Zoom sessions, we engage with embodiment practices: body part warm-ups, StoryBody tracking, letting the body speak, moving the story, and dancing through SomaSource movement cycles. Your body is not just the subject of your writing - it's an active participant in the transformation.

Embodiment is essential. Your body holds memory, pattern, and story in ways your thinking mind cannot access. When you move the story through your body - actually dance it, breathe it, track it somatically - you repattern at a cellular level. This is how change becomes lasting, not just conceptual.

The Seven Thresholds:

The Call: Path of Story
Wild Ground: Body as Map
HeartFire: Embodied Voice
In the Belly & Liberation: Wild Child
Bloom: Waking Beauty
Rewilded Emergence: Harvesting Wisdom
Return: Ritual Celebration & Story as Elixir

Each threshold builds on the last - like stages of growth, each one preparing you for the next. Each fairy tale cracks open to the next, revealing what you need when you need it. Nothing is skipped. Everything is integrated.

How We Gather

13 Weekly Sessions | Fridays, 11am Mountain Time | 2 hours on Zoom

Every Friday, we gather in held container. This is the heart of the work.

Each session includes:

  • Arrival - Song, invocation, breath, body warm-up

  • Oral Storytelling - I tell the fairy tales aloud as living transmission

  • Embodied Movement - Dancing, tracking, moving the story through your body

  • StoryBody Writing - Provocative prompts that drop you into the mythic landscape

  • Witness Practice - Reading your raw work aloud, being deeply listened to

We alternate writing and witnessing throughout. Beginning in Threshold Three, I offer somatic voice coaching to support how your words move from page to voice.

Extended Embodiment Sessions: Several times throughout the 13 weeks, we add 30-60 minutes for deeper movement work that anchors the major thresholds.

What you'll need: Zoom with camera on, space to move, journal, open heart.

“It is your task to walk back from the woods with an animal, not a pelt, not a corpse, but something alive. Curate that energy, feed it, don’t domesticate it, make culture from it. It should be walking alongside you, not slung over your shoulder. You build your structures from its growls.”
Martin Shaw

The Emergence & Creative Rite of Passage

Why the Return Matters

You've journeyed through distinct thresholds - from the call through wild ground, heartfire, the belly, bloom, and emergence. Now comes the most essential threshold of all.

Transition has three phases: beginning, middle, and end. Each has distinct teachings and thresholds.

Our culture is comfortable with beginnings. We celebrate the call to adventure, the spiritual quest, the life change. We're less comfortable with endings - so we avoid them. We leave unfinished business that repeats across our lives.

The real peril or challenge is often the return. Integration. Belonging. Being Seen. Speaking Elixir.

It's what modern society lacks most. It's easy to go on journeys, change names, cut ties to people and places and jobs. It's easy to seek transformation without completing it. But without the return to community - without telling the story of crisis, initiation, adventure, without sharing the elixir or treasure discovered alone - the alchemy is only half done.

Initiation is a threefold process. Transformation happens through integration.

In Week 13, you invite outside witnesses - one or several -friends, family, elders - who see you and the words that mark your passage. This witnessing helps you metabolize the old and embody the new.

The ritual celebration isn't decoration. It's the threshold that seals the passage and completes the transformation. Without it, the medicine stays stuck in the liminal space. With it, you come all the way home.
