REWILD RED

Write It. Rite It.

A 13-Week StoryBody Writing Circle for Women in Transition

Fridays, 11am Mountain Time | February 14 - May 9, 2025

The Call

You're in transition. And you want to WRITE it and RITE it.

Maybe you're stuck between stories - the old one doesn't fit, the new one isn't fully formed. Or…you're on fire with change and want to deepen into it through the transformative medicine of your own rewilded creativity and words. You know something is shifting and you need to write/rite your way through - creatively, but not with the linear mind alone.

This is embodied life story writing braided with mythos.

For 13 weeks, we use ancient stories as maps for writing YOUR story - your body's story, your soul's story, your becoming.

What This Is

You enter rewilded fairy tales - for example, Rewilding Red, Becoming Fox, SoulPelt, Waking Beauty (and many more) - and discover yourself inside them. The stories become inspirations and mirrors for your life transitions and initiatory journeys.

You write from inside the mythic landscape. Poetry. Prose. Memory. Myth. Your personal mythos emerges. Your narrative changes. You see your story with new eyes. Your body rewilds and rewires the emerging story at a cellular level.

You literally and figuratively move the story. You read/speak your words aloud. You're witnessed by other women doing the same. Your voice, your story becomes more embodied, You become more you. The old stories crack open your personal stories to the deeper, most essential truths.

Sacred. Profane.
Raw. Messy.
Beautiful. Poetic.
Real. Unapologetic.
Feral. Reverent.

You are a wild nesting doll of story. Don’t ever forget it. Your stories have a life of their own and you have the power to wield them, reign them and co-create aliveness, magic and beauty with them.

Fairy tales are map and medicine. Movement is a tool for composting and recomposing your life story through the body. Writing is a bridge and a lantern; your pen is a caduceus. The container is a chrysalis for belonging, dissolving, creative rites of passage and emergence.

This Is For You If:

  • You're in transition and want to WRITE your way through

  • You're drawn to life story/memoir through mythic lens

  • You want embodied creative practice - body, imagination, voice

  • You crave authentic witness and brave creative community

  • You're ready to write your personal mythos

Storyteller • Ceremonialist • (W)rites of Passage Guide

I know this work because I've lived it.

I grew up in a small town where my coming-of-age was literally and metaphorically swallowed by the Big Bad Wolf of Little Red Riding Hood's forest. At 19, I lived for a year in Moscow, Russia during the collapse of the Soviet Union and found myself in an even bigger story - the belly of the contradiction and Life/death/life with Baba Yaga, everything dissolving. Upon returning, I lost my voice. The story was too large to integrate and make sense of. I couldn't think my way out. It took time but with the power of mythos, archetypes and soul maps embedded in the old, old stories, I created a self-designed (w)rites of passage, embodied, incorporating 5 rhythms dance, movement, the power of creativity, to claw myself out.

I became Red, rewilded.

For twenty years, I've guided women through their own passages using fairy tales, embodied writing, and seasonal wisdom. I hold a Master's in Transformative Language Arts from Goddard College and am SomaSource certified. I taught Waldorf education for 13 years and have facilitated mythopoetic writing circles that have helped hundreds of women reclaim their voices and transform their stories.

My work lives at the intersection of:

  • Fairy tales as initiatory maps (medicine, not entertainment)

  • Embodied writing practice (story through body, not just mind)

  • Seasonal rhythms (earth's turning, not capitalism's clock)

  • SomaSource movement and transformative language arts

  • Brave witness culture (raw, real, unfinished work shared aloud)

I believe stories are living beings. I believe the body is the ground of truth. And I believe every woman carries a creative elixir inside her - waiting to be remembered, reclaimed, and offered.

The Wild Remembering is my platform for this work - seasonal writing circles, celebrations and storytelling for communities, and individual mentorship.
